“Five years ago today Akae Beka ‘s last show was here in New Mexico (Taos Mesa brewery) December 16 AND the last time I was in the studio with Vaughn, we voiced an amazing tune together and our community provided a vegan lunch for the band @ spinning soul studios Albuquerque, we all ate together for the last time. Today I will have the song we voiced available and a new remix that we voiced from five years ago today remixed by the mighty Bles Infinite….the album also contains a remastered version of a song I recorded with Vaughn in his hotel room in Boulder, Colorado called “Vibes Inside” featuring Delmon Taylor on saxophone. In memory of Vaughn Benjamin  and our beloved bredren, who ascended a few months ago, Ras Jeremy Humphrey. Givethanks beloved family.”
