Wanted to share the space and some of the works that are coming together for July 14th at Vagrant Heart Taos Art Gallery. This is an amazing spot, that has more space than any art gallery in Taos. They feature at least 9 artists at all times, and have only been open a short time. This is a politically aware, streetwise, and spiritual centered Art Gallery. The man in charge is a brother named “Scriptures” who is an amazing painting in many mediums. Here is a glimpse of his work and the gallery…

This will be a special event worth coming forth for. We will be showing art that has never been shown publicly. “21 Diamonds” piece will be one painting from Midnite’s Standing Ground, as well as the Cover from Midnite and FifthSon Records “In Awe”. The Cover art of “Current” and “New 1000″ will be there Lots of Special pieces, including Artist Ras Zaharias showing new Rastafari art, that is all part of a presentation, “Painting for the Crown.” Its just part of a whole day of events. Check it out, with a Sound System from Sgt.Remo Ortiz with lots of musical artists coming forward. Mister Kila Kali, Dre-Z Melodica, and much more..All ages, free, Taos NM, July 14th.”

Jah willing we will see many there of all ages and backgrounds, as well as a video made. One of the most insightful elements will be bringing in over 25 magazines from 1928-1974 about Emperor Haile Selassie I. This reasoning will explore journalism and its relationship to Revelations and prophetic undertones despite its partiality, based on the times and ignorance of the media. Blessed Love, it is an honor to speak about music, and this album is a reflection of the times through InI. Each album I have made has a different vibe, due to the audience and sometimes the riddims. Making music for many in the Rastafari movement is not about selling albums or exposure, it is a prayer recorded. It is us going into a box (our body) and then going into another box ( the studio) and making our Temple alight the Temple outside to praise Jah and part of that goes into another box called a computer. It is a sanctuary for those who have no contemporary church, and have found freedom and liberation in the using the best equipment to create sounds of praise. By the Love of Jah, brother and producer Colin “Diles” of Visceral View Entertainment shared his knowledge and space to make this special album. All original beats from Diles, mixed and mastered at Central Root Studio. We had been working together for 6 years on the Green Chile in the Air albums, which are great and worth checking out. They feature classic underground artists, from NM to Chicago to Oakland.

Red Coals, is a album with a message and a mission. Haile Meditative and in a spectrum of sounds, it is a call to come to Rastafari and know the Powers of Emperor Haile Selassie I are with us. It is a mix of genres, and can’t be labeled specifically. Check out the description below..

Met a wonderful Lord named Ben Yosef who brought forth Ethiopian art, and prayers, as well as this lovey Cross. Give thanks for the Royal Meskal, this was the first that lead I to more. The African Village at the gem show was good, lots of roots items that were a blessing to be just present amongst. The art there was amazing as well. Looking at crosses Brother Thor sporting the Jacket was Love, Crystals with intention, Salt of the Earth that haven’t lost there taste..Big Up.

Greetings and what a joy to celebrate the 86 anniversary of His and Her Imperial Majesties Crowning as King and Queen of Kings. We are excited to share an exclusive art show featuring Ras Zakarias and InI. Reasonings will be hosted by Prophet Justus of the EABIC and InI, about Rastafari as a movement and Ethiopia as Zion. All ages Evening celebrations with Selectors Big Toes HIFI and Dub Inna Valley, as well as Creation Sound Selector Ras Issac. There will be Vegan Food.

Everyone is welcome, and the doors open at 6. The Art will be on display all night the Reasonings are until 9. After 9 there will be a 5 dollar cover. This Sound system coming in is worth it!

InI look forward to hearing others touch the mic more than once. Sing Praises unto Rastafari, Sing to Him a New Song, Bless His Name and Proclaim His Deliverance from day today..
